**Key Responsibilities**
- **Event Planning & Execution**: Develop and implement detailed plans for roadshows at shopping malls, including schedules, staff duty roasters and logistics (onsite booth setup).
- **Venue Management**: Source and secure suitable venues for roadshow (shopping malls) across multiple locations around Klang Valley (KL & Selangor).
- **Marketing & Promotion**: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that drive attendance and engagement to the crowd.
- **Budget Management**: Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets for each roadshow to ensure cost-effective operations.
- **Team Coordination**: Lead and manage on-site teams, ensuring smooth event execution.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Measure the effectiveness of each roadshow and provide detailed reports, including attendance, engagement, and ROI metrics.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in event management, roadshows, or marketing campaigns.
- Proven track record of managing successful events across multiple locations.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
- Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage.
- Must possess own transport.
