**Business Development Executive - Sabah Region**

**Your Impact As our Business Development Executive**

You'll be at the forefront of leading and expanding our market presence across Sabah, working with plantation owners and agricultural professionals to deliver innovative solutions that drive their success. You'll have the opportunity to shape our product strategy and build lasting relationships with key industry players.

**What you'll do**
- Develop and implement strategies to generate demand for the company’s products, assisting the sales team in increasing revenue.
- Conduct product presentations and educational workshops to promote our offerings, tailored to meet the needs of potential customers.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing Area Manager to initiate demand creation activities aimed at the plantation sector.
- Execute field trials and demonstrations to highlight the unique selling propositions of our products.
- Provide solutions and promotional services to estates, end users, dealers, etc.
- Analyze and report on market trends, competition, and demand for both existing and new products.
- Cultivate relationships with target and potential clients within the estate segment.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product or business development or a related field, preferably in the sales or chemical industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret market data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Creativity and innovation to conceptualize and develop new product ideas that meet customer needs
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management and project management methodologies
- Degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, business, or engineering

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,294.66 per month
