Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and documents accurately.
  • Assist in recruitment activities including posting vacancies, arranging interviews, and preparing offer letters.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes (inductions, staff ID, forms, clearance, etc.).
  • Manage staff attendance, leave records, MCs, and related HR documentation.
  • Prepare HR letters, memos, notices, and reports as required.
  • Assist with HR events, staff engagement activities, and training coordination.
  • Support compliance with Sabah Labour Ordinance (SLO) and internal HR policies.
  • Provide administrative support to HR and other departments when required.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Preferably 1 year of HR/Admin experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
