Human Resource Manager

Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, regular performance reviews, and feedback sessions
- Provide guidance to managers on employee development and performance improvement plans
- Develop effective strategies for attracting and retaining top-tier talent
- Ensure compliance with equal opportunity employment laws and regulations
- Identify training needs and coordinate the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Oversee the execution of onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the organization
- Stay up-to-date with relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure company-wide compliance
- Advise management on legal matters related to HR, such as employee contracts, terminations, and workplace safety
- Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives and values
- Identify areas for improvement within HR policies, procedures, and practices and propose necessary changes
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance overall job satisfaction and retention
- Manage and executive the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses, payroll processes, and employee perks
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry standards regarding compensation and benefits
- Develop and maintain HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives
- Prepare and present regular reports to management on HR activities, trends, and recommendations.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.00AM - 5.00PM), Saturday (8.00AM - 4.00PM)
Salary Range: RM4,500 - RM6,500
**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tawau: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
