You will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR, which cover an employee from recruitment, onboarding, engagement and offboarding for Rastamas Group.
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/ Administrations or relevant field.
- At least 1-2 years of continuous working experience in administration and human resources is required for this position.
- You possess good computer literacy with microsoft office.
- Independent, strong and willing to work within the department.
- Familiar with Malaysia labor laws/ Ordinan Sabah and regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important tasks.
- Strong communication skills through phone, e-mail and in-person.
- Responsible, trustworthy and possess the right attitude and aptitude to learn and improve company HR processes.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Tawau, Sabah.
Job Description
- Manage and always keep up-to-date all employee's data using payroll software.
- Responsible in handling and advising the Management on disciplinary issues, staff counselling and grievances, termination, and other employee-related matters in compliance with Sabah labor laws / Industrial Relations Act, as well as Employment Act.
- Assist with on-boarding of new staff by updating employee personal data into payroll software.
- Register all new employees with statutory bodies as required.
- Collect and verify attendance information for all employees on a regular and timely manner.
- Key in employee attendance and overtime data into payroll software on a weekly basis.
- Calculate payroll accurately by incorporating all necessary data at month end.
- Undertake other ad-hoc assignments as and needed.
- Assist with HR-related documentation and compliance.
- Coordinate and oversee office maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, office safety regulations, and HR procedures.
- Maintain documentation related to HR and office maintenance.
- Organise job training programmes, activities and oversee employee's development & satisfaction.
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as and when required by the management.
