**JOB ROLE**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Process daily PR forms from outlets.
- Work closely warehouse teams to ensure stock availability and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with local Malaysian vendors for external purchases, delivery schedules, and order fulfilment.
- Monitor outlet inventory levels and usage to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
- Maintain accurate records in inventory/order systems.
- Submission DO to the finance department.
- Support seasonal demand planning (school holidays, public holidays, festivals).
- Communicate with outlet managers and supervisor.

**JOB DUTIES**
- Receive and process order forms from outlets.
- Generate purchase requisition (PR) based on the order forms.
- Submit the PR for approval from the Manager
- Issue intercompany purchase orders (PO) while ensuring that warehouse items and supplier items are segregated into separate PO.
- Issue sales orders.
- Update tracking sheets for warehouse, order management and purchasing references.
- Consolidate multiple orders into a single PR.
- Address outlet inquries related to SAP PR issues.
- Facilitating inter-transfers across all locations.
- File intercompany PR for record-keeping
- File intercompany documents (delivery orders, sales orders, purchase orders, and purchase requisitions
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in order management or supply coordination, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
- Familiar with SAP system.
- Familiar with ISO and Halal.
- Good interpersonal skills to work across departments.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
