The Order Processing Executive plays a key role in ensuring efficient order execution within the organization, from order entry to delivery. This role focuses on data accuracy, compliance with company policies, and proactive communication with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

The incumbent will work closely with the Procurement, Sales, Finance and Logistics teams to maintain high service standards, support process improvement, and contribute to the company’s operational efficiency.

**ROLES & REQUIREMENTS**:
Order Management
- Accurately input and verify customer orders in the ERP system.
- Prepare and manage documentation such as invoices, delivery orders, and credit notes.
- Coordinate with Sales/Admin teams for order clarification, payment verification, and fulfillment updates.
- Maintain and update product pricing, package configurations, and promotional offers in the system.
- Monitor customer credit terms and payment status, escalating issues when necessary.

Administration & Reporting
- Maintain organized records and filing of order-related documents.
- Generate basic operational reports for management review.
- Support cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal SOPs and company policies.

Process Improvement & Collaboration
- Identify recurring issues in order processing and propose corrective actions.
- Assist in developing standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Participate in process optimization initiatives to improve accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide guidance to peers on order processing best practices.

**TO BE A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE**:
Bachelor's degree; preferably with specialization in Supply Chain, business administration, finance, or related field.

Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement software (e.g. SAP, LN).

Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in order processing, supply chain, or logistics roles.

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
