**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide administration support to after sales operation and other departments.
- Update daily reports & documentation.
- Maintain and update filling systems, documents handling and storage system.
- Respond promptly to any ad-hoc admin duties and operational support as and when required or assigned by Manager / Supervisor.
- Attend training as proposed or directed.
- Maintaining a good attendance records.
- Adhere to all SOP standards
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- SPM, Certificate/Diploma in any fields.
- Minimum 1 year working experiences in administration (**experience in** **automotive is an advantage**).
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
- A team player, ability to work in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Good skills in Microsoft Office
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
