A Sales Executive is responsible for driving a company's sales by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. The role typically involves the following key duties:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
**2. Sales Strategy & Planning**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
**3. Negotiation & Closing**:
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, addressing their specific needs.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement to close sales deals effectively.
**4. Product Knowledge**:
- Stay updated on the company’s products and services, as well as industry trends.
- Educate clients on product features, benefits, and technical specifications.
**5. Reporting & Analysis**:
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including key metrics such as revenue and customer acquisition.
- Provide insights and feedback to the management team regarding market demands and product development.
**6. Customer Support & Follow-up**:
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Follow up on leads and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Sales Expertise**: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals.
- **Product Knowledge**: Familiarity with the industry and product line to provide informed recommendations.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- **Self-Motivation**: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- **Networking**: Strong networking skills to build and maintain a solid client base.
**Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in a related industry, is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
