**_Responsibilities: _**
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Research clients' products, services, and all stakeholders.
- Meet clients for briefings and present proposals to clients for approval.
- Build strong relationships with clients.
- Cross-functional working & meeting facilitation skills
- Research capabilities to reach new markets & strengthen consumer propositions
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create creative content and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

**_Requirements: _**
- Min 2-3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing / Online Advertising.
- Have experience in ads platform such as Google Ads (SEM, GDN, etc.), Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads. Experience with any other ad platform such as TikTok ads is a plus.
- Knows how to use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.
- Understand how the algorithm works on the different ad platforms and what type of ads work well on these ad platforms.
- Good understanding of campaign planning, budgeting, and execution
- Able to effectively strategize, set up, implement, and optimize all advertising campaigns to their best performance.
- Able to to maximize the usage of each ad platform
- Ability to analyze data and make sense of findings to improve campaign performance
- Must have strong communication skills, with excellent written & spoken English. BM / Mandarin is a plus
- Possess own transport

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
