I. To conduct research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal.
II. To liaise with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on time.
III. To get update of inventory from production and refill stocks if required.
IV. To attend events, shows, and exhibitions to network with vendors and view new products.
V. To inspect purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timely.
VI. To update all records of purchased products.
VII. To write reports on purchases made and performing cost analysis.
VIII. To attend and contribute to meetings with staff and other stakeholders.
IX. To prepare related monthly report (purchases, issues, etc.)
X. To manage ad hoc tasks assigned

**Requirements**:
I. Computer literate with Microsoft Office
II. To maintain good working relationship and practice open communication with colleagues and staff of other departments
III. Able to work independently, good team player with effective time management skills
IV. Strong communication skills; written and verbal in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
