**Accounting Support**
- To handle full set account
- To Maintain Proper Filing of Documents
- Handle Petty Cash to Day to Day Expenses
- Process Invoice,Receipt,DO,Quotation
**Administrative Support**
- Provide admin support to the Company Directors.
- Track customer payments, and arrange timely collection
- Invoice & Receipt Preparation
- Manage all company insurance matters
- Handle procurement and administration of office supplies e.g. pantry and toilet items, stationery and etc.
- Handle maintenance and repair of office assets.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, landlords and local government bodies when necessary.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management
**Job Requirement**
- Accounting-based Certificate,Diploma or Degree
- SST & E-Invoice Knowledge
- Able to handle full set of accounts independently
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Accounting software system.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
- Able to communicate in Malay or English.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
