- Job Purpose

Operation Admin is in charge to ensure operation efficiency and reduce operation cost for the company. He/ She will support company sales team to fulfill customer requirement promptly.

**Job Description**:
1. Key contact person to liaise with Headquarter / Branches to ensure

delivery on time - follow up & issue POR & issue Stock Transfer Note

2. To perform any order management, warehousing or transportation duties

assigned - DO & invoice document submission for delivery arrangement

3. To track & monitor order fulfillment and delivery

4. To manage customer return by revert to sales team for internal follow up

5. Collaborate with Warehouse to ensure stock inventory records are kept up

to date including to join stock take

6. To manage all operational tasks including full understanding of scope and

knowledge involve

7. To prepare operational report in daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basic

base on management requirement

8. To maintain correct documentation and records for proper tracking

including all outbound (POR/STN/DO chop sign), stock take and stock

adjustment documents filling

9. To assist on inbound processing document checking, input GRN, barcode

printing, service repairing documents and follow up

10. Any other job assigned by Supply Chain Manager

Job Requirement:
1. Good understanding of Order Management process

2. Able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment

3. Demonstrate high attention to details, organized and accuracy

4. Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload

5. Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and good team player

6. Good interpersonal and oral communication skills for problem solving

Working Hours : Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Saturday 8:00am - 12:30pm

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
