We're looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our growing logistics team If you're someone who's hands-on, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

  • Receive cargo from drivers and the Logistics Department, ensuring items are in good condition and in the correct quantity.
  • Prepare and check labels based on the pre-manifest before attaching them to cargo.
  • Inspect cargo and make sure all labeling is done accurately and according to work instructions.
  • Weigh and measure cargo before handing it over to the airline handling warehouse.
  • Ensure all cargo is submitted to the airline warehouse before the cut-off time.
  • Work as a team of two for labelling tasks — one labelling and one final checking — for better accuracy and efficiency.
  • Keep track of packing material stock twice weekly and update the Admin Department if any shortage occurs.
  • Update the MHE daily checklist (Material Handling Equipment).
  • Record office equipment and material usage (e.g. barcode machines, labels) twice weekly.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by your superior.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum SPM/DIPLOMA/DEGREE qualification or at least 1 year of working experience (warehouse or logistics experience is a plus).
  • Fresh grads welcomed
  • Able to work shift/overtime
  • Physically fit & team player
  • Forklift license (advantage)
