Coordinate and manage shipment and delivery arrangements from origin to destination warehouse.
- Prepare and handle full set of export documents in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure end-to-end shipment execution, including tracking, scheduling, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve shipping processes, cost-efficiency, and service quality—through both technological and procedural enhancements.
- Monitor and follow up on all shipping documents and processes, including freight payment, audit systems, and documentation control.
- Maintain up-to-date records and ensure compliance with relevant shipping regulations and company policies.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to shipment arrangements and ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled effectively.

**Job Requirement**
- Possess at least a **Diploma**, **Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma**, or **Bachelor’s Degree** in **Logistics/Transportation**, **Supply Chain Management**, or a related field.
- Minimum **1 year of working experience** in logistics, shipping, or a related field.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Preferably with experience at the **Junior Executive** level in **Logistics/Supply Chain** or a similar role.
