**1. Patient Support & Customer Service**
- Welcome and register patients professionally and politely.
- Assist patients with completing forms and understanding procedures.
- Guide patients through the clinic flow
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and follow up with patients as needed.

**2. Clinical Support**
- Prepare consultation rooms and treatment areas.
- Assist the doctor with minor procedures and patient care as required.
- Measure and record patient vitals

**3. Pharmacy & Inventory Duties**
- Dispense prescribed medications accurately.
- Educate patients on medication usage (as per doctor's instructions).
- Monitor and manage medical stock inventory (medications, consumables, equipment).
- Ensure medications are stored according to safety guidelines.

**4. Administrative Duties**
- Maintain patient records and data entry into the system.
- Handle payment transactions and issue receipts.
- Prepare daily reports
- Assist with filing, documentation, and claims submission

**5. Housekeeping & Hygiene**
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of consultation rooms, waiting area, and toilets.
- Dispose of clinical waste properly.
- Sterilize equipment and maintain hygiene according to health guidelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
