Position Purpose Statement

Responsible for delivering, maintaining and enhancing the products and platforms within Sterling RISQ. The individual will manage a portfolio of projects with multiple stakeholder and business leaders to implement new solutions and maintain existing solutions. Additionally, responsible for ensuring cost-efficient and timely deliveries to internal and external customers.

The nature, scope and tasks of this position
- Fundamental understanding of system architecture and tech concepts
- Familiar with user story frameworks & can guide engineers to deliver iteratively, continuously.
- Capture, collect and analyze business requirements regarding operational, product and platform enhancements and processes;
- Act as the liaison between the business and the platform development team, ensuring clear understanding of the business needs;
- Coordinate with the platform development team to collect project timeline and status updates;
- Prepare test script, manage and conduct user-acceptance testing
Assess and manage risk throughout all aspects of product management
- Assisting with Ad Hoc Projects and other duties as assigned by the Sterling RISQ.

Required Skills/Related Knowledge & Experience
- 5+ years of client facing experience with proven track record in successful delivery management.
- 3 years Project or product management experience
- Product management/Scrum/Agile certification or PMI or Prince 2 or Six Sigma
- Aware of Product Prioritization techniques - MoSCoW/ RICE/ Kano Model or 3CD etc.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, manage time effectively, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment as an individual in a team environment.
- Strong communications skills - ability to express oneself (in writing and verbally) clearly, concisely and thoroughly.
