Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns across E-commerce - **Shopee, Lazada, TikTok**
- Handling Sales from E-commerce
- Monitor daily ads performance, resolve issues, and optimize for better ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and formats to improve effectiveness.
- Update audience targeting and retargeting strategies to increase engagement and conversions.
- Align ads strategies with major platform events like Shopee/Lazada Mega Sales and TikTok Live sessions.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports, including insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop fresh and engaging content.
- Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Manage and allocate ads budgets efficiently to maximize campaign performance.

**Requirements**:
Degree in Business or At least a Diploma in any field is required, Bachelor's degree preferred

Excellent command of English (mandatory)

Experience in eCommerce marketing and/or campaign management

Willing to be hands-on with strong executional abilities

Accountable & Responsible to ensure achievement of agreed E-Biz and E-Commerce related sales target/KPIs and all relevant organizational goal

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
