**Operation Executive (e-Commerce)**:

**Overall Job**:
**Core Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and optimize various aspects of e-commerce operations, including website functionality, user experience, product listings, managing inventories, processing orders, online payments, order fulfillment and customer service on major online marketplace.
- Conduct through analysis of sales data, market competition, and trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop, execute, and assess promotional campaigns and pricing strategies to maximize sales.
- Ensure accurate setup of deals, pricing, and promotions across all e-commerce platforms.
- Manage and optimize online advertisements for enhanced visibility and conversion rates.
- Engage with customers through chat, addressing inquiries and takes appropriate actions.
- Maintaining store performance and KPIs tracked by marketplaces and management
- Communication & coordination between internal teams, partners and platforms.
- Assist and handle any ad-hoc assignments when assigned by management.
- Inventory management to ensure continuity of sales.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create monthly tutorial videos showcasing the company’s products and work on other related marketing activities.

**Requirements**:

- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
- High integrity and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Good interpersonal, communication, planning, and organizing skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

**Qualifications**:

- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the E-commerce field is required for this position.
- Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Masscomm, Marketing, E-commerce or equivalent.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, Malay & Mandarin (additional)
- Applicants must be willing to work in Seri Kembangan, Selangor.
- Computer literate familiar with SQL Accounting Software will be added advantages.
- Able to start work immediately.
