About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operation Executive to join our dynamic team at Daesin Express & International Transport Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Subang Jaya, Selangor. As an Operation Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics business. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development within our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Coordinating and overseeing daily operational activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
  2. Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to provide exceptional customer service
  3. Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  4. Assisting with the planning and execution of logistics operations, including route optimisation and resource allocation
  5. Providing administrative support, such as document processing and record-keeping
  6. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and achieve business objectives

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar operation or logistics role
  2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think critically
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  5. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  6. Knowledge of logistics operations, inventory management, and transportation processes
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and under pressure to meet deadlines
