  • Overseeing CAPEX budgeting and ROI analysis, delivering insights on capital investments and long-term financial impact to senior leadership
  • Ensure audit readiness and compliance through effective Internal Controls Procedures execution

  • Drive execution of Performance Tools to track and monitor KPIs, eg, Yield, Downtime, OT, Utilization, etc

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting

  • 5 years of cost accounting experience preferably in the manufacturing/produce business
  • 2 years management or supervisory experience
  • Thorough knowledge of cost accounting principles, system and procedures
  • Demonstrate a high level of proficiency with computer hardware and software necessary to perform duties (SAP, Excel)
