Foxarathon is a B2B Marketing Agency that helps SaaS, Data & AI platforms, FinTech, and Manufacturing companies drive revenue growth through creative strategy, content systems, and rigorous performance operations. We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Admin & Operations Executive with a strong background in accounting, especially with expertise in SQL Accounting Software and payroll management, to ensure the smooth financial and administrative functioning of our fast-paced firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize SQL Accounting Software proficiently for daily entries, record-keeping, and generating financial reports.
  • Process all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations (e.g., SST/Tax).
  • Prepare and manage invoices, official receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Manage and execute the entire monthly payroll process for all employees accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant statutory requirements (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including leave management and attendance tracking.
  • Prepare and file necessary year-end payroll forms (EA Form/Borang E).
  • Assist in general HR administrative tasks, such as coordinating employee onboarding/offboarding paperwork and maintaining personnel files.
  • Oversee daily office administration, including managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate logistical arrangements for internal meetings, events, or travel.
  • Manage and organize physical and electronic documentation and filing systems.
  • Support the leadership team with ad-hoc administrative and operations tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Education:
     Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
     Proven experience (2+ years) in a combined accounting, administration, and operations role, with a strong focus on full-set accounts and payroll.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Mandatory:
     Demonstrable hands-on experience using SQL Accounting Software (or similar accounting software).
  • Familiarity and practical experience with payroll processing and local statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially 
    Excel
    ) for data analysis and reporting.

Skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
