Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures (e.g., filing systems, correspondence, scheduling).
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and communications.
- To assist telemarketer on checking market value.
- Oversee office supplies inventory and order as needed.
- Maintain and update company records and databases.
- Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- To handle functions such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and staff records management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive, Office Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
