**We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR & Admin Executive with event coordination experience to join our team**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**HR & Administration**:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes.
- Conduct new hire orientations and coordinate employee onboarding.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related issues, including performance management and employee relations.
- Manage office operations, including maintenance and ordering supplies.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and ensure compliance with HR and administrative regulations.

**Event Coordination for Clients**:

- Plan and organize client-facing events, such as workshops, conferences, or seminars.
- Coordinate logistics like venue booking, catering, and equipment setup.
- Work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and the event runs smoothly.
- Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Handle post-event feedback and implement improvements for future events.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, administration, and event coordination.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience planning and managing client events.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Info-Tech systems.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

- Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
