We are looking for an organized and responsible HR & Admin Executive to manage daily HR and office operations. You'll help our team run smoothly by handling people matters, supporting office activities, and keeping everything well-coordinated.

1. Manage HR Processes & Full Spectrum Recruitment

  • Oversee the end-to-end HR functions including end-to-end recruitment activities, including Job posting, screening and selection, conduct behavioral interview & interview arrangement, conduct reference check, make job offer, onboarding, off-boarding and employee development.
  • Prepare letter in relation on staff movement (letter of appointment, confirmation of employment, resignation acceptance, promotion, disciplinary action and etc.)
  • Support workforce planning and contribute to employee satisfaction and retention initiatives.

2. Handle Employee Matters

  • Manage employee records, attendance, leave, payroll, employee claims and benefits efficiently and up-to-date.
  • Handle performance evaluations and disciplinary actions with professionalism and fairness.

3. Compliance

  • Ensure all HR and company policies are compliant, ethical, and properly communicated to employees.

4. Foster a Positive Culture

  • Organize employee engagement activities to promote teamwork and motivation.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations and contribute to a welcoming workplace environment.

5. Oversee Office Operations

  • Ensure smooth coordination across departments

6. Support Projects and Company Activities

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for internal projects, meetings, and events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are achieved efficiently.

7. Administrative

  • Manage office stationery and pantry/snack inventory – track usage, replenish stock regularly, and ensure availability according to the given budget.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of common office areas including meeting rooms and pantry.
  • Coordinate with the building management for any application of delivery, access cards, car park and any enquiry for the office needs.

Who We're Looking For

  • Candidate must posses at least Higher Secondary/STPM/Pre-U/Diploma/Higher in HR or any other field.
  • Diploma/Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business administration / Human Resource Management / Business Studies or equivalent is preferred.
  • At least 2-3 years of HR or admin experience.
  • Fresh grad are welcome to apply.
