We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive to support the smooth running of our day-to-day business activities. This role is hands-on and execution-focused where you will assist the management team by researching options, coordinating tasks, liaising with vendors, and ensuring projects are completed on time. If you're resourceful, detail-oriented, and enjoy making things happen, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist management in executing operational tasks and projects.
  • Research and evaluate vendors, service providers, and tools (e.g., hosting platforms, software, suppliers), and present recommendations for approval.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track progress of assigned projects and report updates to management.
  • Manage documentation, contracts, and administrative support related to operations.
  • Support in organizing company activities, schedules, and resources.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in day-to-day operations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2 year of work experience in operations, coordination, or administrative roles (startup or fast-paced environment is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (both written & spoken).
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; comfortable learning new tools.
