Role Description

TAs a representative of the Company, the PMI Executive plays a key role in supporting clinic operations and ensuring smooth execution of business expansion, manpower management, and compliance processes. The role is responsible for coordinating between clinics, management, and support functions to resolve operational issues, monitor staff performance, and oversee implementation of new systems or processes. This position contributes to CCHS objectives by driving operational efficiency, maintaining service standards, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements across multiple clinics.

Key Responsibility & Qualifications

  • Standardize and stabilize clinic operations, while driving the initial phase of the value-up plans as decided by the company.
  • Support day-to-day clinic operations, including system usage, cash collection, submissions (e.g., TPAs), and compliance with SOPs.
  • Provide training to doctors and staff, and coordinate with clinic teams on roster arrangements, leave schedules, and manpower requirements.
  • Assist in stock monitoring, verification, and reconciliation in close collaboration with the IT and Procurement teams.
  • Troubleshoot operational, technical, and system-related issues, escalating to the PMI Manager or relevant departments when necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education Level

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Professional Certifications

  • Not mandatory, but healthcare/administrative certifications are an advantage.

Years of Relevant Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in medical operation management, chain business management, other operational management, or store operation management.

Technical/Clinical Skills

  • Fundamental financial/accounting skills.
  • Proficiency in clinic management systems (e.g., CMS).
  • Familiarity with TPA processes, contrabilling, and claim submissions.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance (MOH, licensing, equipment standards).
  • Inventory management experience.

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Leadership and team collaboration.

Languages Required

  • Must have:
    English and Bahasa Malaysia (Professional Level)
