Our client "JV GLOBAL EVENT SDN. BHD." is seeking an Event Operation Executive to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Event Coordination: Oversee all operational aspects of events, from logistics to promoter management, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Effectively communicate with outlet buyers, operation planning teams, and internal stakeholders to guarantee smooth event delivery.
  • Performance Tracking: Manage event flow, track performance, and maintain a results-oriented approach to drive success.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in implementing event marketing and promotional strategies to maximize impact.
  • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues or challenges that may arise during events, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide post-event reports, analysis, and recommendations to enhance future events.
Who are they looking for?
  • Event Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in event operations, preferably in FMCG or on-ground activation.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with a knack for effective prioritization.
  • Communication Expert: Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with promoters and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite to manage event documentation and reports.

  • Team Player: Positive attitude and customer-centric mindset to contribute to overall team success.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin to facilitate effective communication with diverse stakeholders and clients.
