**Join Our Dynamic Team as an Business Operations Executive**

- Plan and lead packing days like a boss—ensuring quality, aesthetics, and zero last-minute scrambles
- Track inventory weekly and raise POs or reorders before IT’s too late
- Manage relationships with local suppliers and delivery teams
- Work closely with production to ensure logo printing meets deadline and quality checks
- Think 5 steps ahead: propose process improvements, anticipate hiccups, and lead calmly under pressure
- Support HR in organizing part-time teams during peak seasons
- Be the go-to person for getting sh*t done (without drama)Education:Diploma or Bachelors Degree in ecommerce, operations, business administration or related fields

**Requirements**:

- Minimum education is Certificates / Vocational / Diploma in any related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- The Business Operations executive coordinates gift project timelines across departments (sales, design, delivery)
- 2 years experiences in operations, logistics, event/project management, or e-commerce
- Must love planning, Excel, and being in control of moving parts
- People manager: calm, assertive, and clear in communication
- Bonus if you've done purchasing or inventory planning before

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
