Job Title: Business Development Executive (Car Park Management & Operation)
**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Car Park Management & Operation sector through targeted prospecting, networking, and market research.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the hospitality, retail, event management, and commercial sectors and etc (Whichever relevant)
3. Develop customized solutions for clients to meet their Car Park Management & Operation needs, including staffing, equipment, technology, and operational logistics.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of Car Park Management & Operation services to clients.
5. Lead the negotiation of contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and align with company objectives.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
7. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote Car Park Management & Operation services and expand our client base.
8. Prepare and deliver presentations to key decision-makers and stakeholders to communicate the value proposition of our Car Park Management & Operation.
9. Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts, and provide regular updates and reports to management.
10. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to support business development efforts.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
2. Proven track record of success in business development or sales role, preferably within the Car Park Management industry
3. Strong understanding of Car Park Management & Operation, including staffing, equipment, technology, and industry best practices.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders at all levels.
6. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving sales targets and objectives.
7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
8. Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed.
9. Prior experience in Car Park Management & Operation or related industries is highly desirable.
Incentive and Travelling Allowance to be provided
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
