Mobee Cars is an automotive technology company reshaping how people buy and sell cars. We provide car sellers with a transparent, hassle-free way to sell their vehicles, while offering used car dealers access to high-quality, inspected cars through our remarketing platform.
Purpose of the Role
The Business Development Executive (Dealer Remarketing) is responsible for managing and growing relationships with used car dealers, ensuring smooth vehicle remarketing transactions, and achieving monthly sales and margin targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with used car dealers across Malaysia.
- Manage the remarketing of inspected vehicles from Mobee's platform to registered dealers.
- Ensure all listed vehicles are sold at optimal margins and within agreed timelines.
- Understand dealer needs and buying patterns to match suitable vehicle inventory.
- Coordinate closely with the inspection and operations team to ensure cars are ready for delivery.
- Track and manage offers, negotiations, and deal closures through Mobee's internal system.
- Conduct follow-ups with dealers to encourage repeat transactions and maintain high satisfaction.
- Gather market feedback and pricing insights to support the pricing and operations team.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets, ensuring all transactions meet company policies.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Prior experience in automotive sales, B2B business development, or used car trading is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Possess a valid driver's licence and willing to travel when required.
