Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for TechBase Solution Sdn Bhd.
What we're looking for
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Must possess a minimum Diploma in Business Studies / Management / Marketing / Administration / any other equivalent qualification.
- Prefer 2 year of sales experiences or 1 year in B2B/B2C software industry Fresh graduate welcome to apply too.
- Creative problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
- Familiar with MLM, ERP, Web3 software Strong verbal communication skills Excellent active listening skills to understand customer needs.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on closing deals and achieving results.
Job Responsibilities
- Meet the Sales Head regularly to update on sales progress and implement activities to achieve the targets set by the company.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for penetrating new markets and acquiring new customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned as and when assigned by the immediate superior and management.
