**We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive**

Are you persistent, disciplined, and passionate about sales? Join our growing team as a Business Development Executive and take your career to the next levelIn this role, you’ll engage directly with potential clients through door-to-door sales, participate in co-calling with your team, and build long-term relationships that drive real business results. This is a field-based position, with 1-2 fixed office days per week as scheduled by the Director.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute door-to-door sales and direct outreach to potential clientsJoin co-calling sessions with team members to drive lead generation and closing
- Communicate confidently in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Handle objections and rejection professionally and with resilience
- Maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships
- Submit timely reports and manage claimable expenses (petrol, toll, parking)

**What We’re Looking For2-3 years of experience in business development or sales**
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) — this is a must
- Proven track record in door-to-door or field sales
- Strong persistence, discipline, and self-motivation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Own transport and willingness to travel
