**Job Overview**:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business through effective sales strategies, meticulous administrative support, and efficient management of international trade documents. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring smooth international trade operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Sales and Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and promote our products/services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and proposals for clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.

International Trade Document Handling:

- Coordinate the preparation, review, and submission of international trade documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and requirements for international trade transactions.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other relevant parties to facilitate the smooth movement of goods across borders.
- Monitor shipment progress and resolve any issues or delays in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Able to speak basic languages (Mandarin speaker is preferred)
- Able to work under pressure and consistent.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to drive.
