Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming sales leads and follow through the entire sales cycle from inquiry to closing.
- Schedule and conduct Google Meet/virtual meetings with prospects.
- Attend on-site client meetings when required.
- Deliver clear sales presentations and introduce our digital marketing solutions (web development, branding, SEO, social media, ads, etc.).
- Propose suitable service packages based on client needs and budget.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements promptly.
- Work closely with the internal team (designers, developers, marketers) to understand project requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and contract renewals.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with current client accounts.
- Keep track of leads, conversation notes, and progress using our CRM or internal workflow tools.
- Stay updated with basic digital marketing trends (SEO, social media, ads, websites) to communicate effectively with clients.
Requirements
- At least 1–3 years experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management (experience in digital marketing/creative industry is an advantage).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable conducting online and in-person meetings.
- Able to understand client needs and recommend suitable marketing solutions.
- Organized, proactive, and able to follow up consistently.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, Website, Branding) is a strong plus.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be willing to travel for client meetings if required.
