Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and surpass revenue goals.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing key clients while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
  • Generate new leads and drive sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and on-site visits.
  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting key features and value propositions.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to provide a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Contribute to strategic planning efforts and support broader business development initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and professional networking activities.
  • Assist the Head of Sales in shaping and executing sales strategies and planning discussions.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of successful sales experience, ideally within the food sector, with strong knowledge of the frozen meat market, industry trends, and key competitors.
  • Demonstrated consultative selling abilities with strong closing skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, accountable, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, with a valid Class D driver's license.
