你的职责

提升营运效能

  • 监督日常零售运作,确保顺畅与一致性。
  • 制定与落实SOP,维持高标准服务与品牌形象。
  • 负责库存检查、费用管理及采购订单,确保准确及时。

推动增长与创新

  • 制定预算与成本控制,确保盈利。
  • 策划促销活动、行销与陈列策略,提升销售。
  • 追踪营运KPI,发现问题并推动改善。

打造团队与客户体验

  • 策划培训课程,提升客户体验。
  • 协助零售经理带领团队,提升顾客留存与成长。
  • 有效处理客户反馈,提升满意度与忠诚度。

你需要具备的条件:

  • 商业管理/酒店管理或相关专业文凭/学位。
  • 3–5 年零售营运或门店管理经验。
  • 熟悉CRM/ERP系统及流程优化。
  • 具备领导力、培训及问题解决能力。
  • 英文与马来文流利,会中文更佳。

Your Role

Boost Operational Excellence

  • Oversee daily retail operations to ensure smooth execution and consistency.
  • Implement SOPs, uphold service standards, manage inventory, and control costs.
  • Handle purchase orders with suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Drive Growth & Innovation

  • Manage budgets and cost control to secure profitability.
  • Plan promotions, events, and merchandising strategies to grow revenue.
  • Track KPIs, identify gaps, and push continuous improvements.

Empower Teams & Elevate Experience

  • Design and deliver structured training on customer excellence
  • Support Retail Managers in team leadership and customer retention.
  • Resolve customer feedback effectively to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirement

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years' experience in retail operations/store management.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM/ERP systems and process optimization.
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
