Senior Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookkeeping and maintain a full set of accounts.Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare creditors and debtors aging reports.

  • Prepare and submit financial reports, cashflow report and accounts for manager, external auditing & liaise with the auditor.

  • Ensure accurate documentation, filing, and maintenance of accounting records in compliance with company policies.

  • Oversee the implementation and adherence to accounting systems, procedures, and internal controls.

  • Manage assigned accounting tasks efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

  • Assist with internal audit functions as needed

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate parties.

Requirements:

* Candidates must possess at least an LCCI, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or a related field.

* Proficiency in speaking and writing in English and Malay is a must.

* Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.

* Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and responsible individual with a positive working attitude.

* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and perform independently with minimal supervision.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel is required, ability to use Excel advance functions such as VLOOKUP is a plus point.
