Responsibilities:

  • To perform the preparation, review and analysis of the management's monthly/quarterly financial, management and other reports.
  • To ensure all the accounting records are maintained in accordance with accounting standards and local statutory requirements.
  • Responsible for monitoring the Company's reimbursement and ensuring all cost incurred is recorded and claimed timely.
  • To assist in performing financial reviews, analysis, monitoring cash flow position and preparation of the annual budget.
  • To review accounts reconciliation.
  • To liaise with external and internal auditors in relation to annual audit processes.
  • To perform the month-end closing and ensure it is done properly and accurately.
  • To ensure additional fixed assets and review of the amount to be insured for all fixed assets.
  • To prepare monthly management report and monthly audit, and tax schedules after every month-end closing.
  • To prepare and finalise Audited Financial Statement.
  • To liaise with bankers for obtaining Hire Purchase and renewal of bank guarantee.
  • To review the annual final tax computation and ensure correct tax return being submitted.

Requirements:

  • Possess either a LCCI/Certificate/Diploma/Degree/Partial Professional Qualification in Accounting or any related field.
  • Preferably with 3-5 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify discrepancies, and provide meaningful insights to facilitate decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform in-depth financial analysis, interpret accounting data, and support strategic planning and reporting.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
