Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Sales Updates

  • Handle full set accounts and audits for few subsidiaries & dormant companies including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end/year-end closing.
  • Maintain and update sales records monthly.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
  • Ensure familiarity with e-invoice procedures and implementation.
  • Manage SST submissions in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Calculate and compile monthly closing sales reports by designated categories
  • Monitor company cash flow to ensure smooth financial operations.

2. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
  • Analyze financial performance, and provide actionable insights to support management decision-making.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience handling full set accounts and audits, ideally for multiple companies.
  • Familiarity with payment processing, cash flow management, and handling financial transactions.
  • Able to work independently, strong communication skills to liaise with various departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • High level of accuracy in processing financial data and preparing reports.
