**Operation and Community Manager (a.k.a. Chief Vibes Officer)**

Purpose: Oversee the daily running of the co-working space, multi-purpose events hall and podcast facilities while fostering a vibrant member community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all operational aspects: staffing, bookings, maintenance schedules.
- Build and maintain relationships with members and event clients.
- Organise regular networking or learning events.
- Proactively plan a steady and realistic increase in occupancy and usage rates of the facility.
- Ensure compliance with DBKL and safety regulations.

KPIs:

- Coworking desk occupancy rate (target: 70-90% average).
- Hall and podcast studio utilisation rate (target: 50-70% booked days).
- Member retention rate (target: 80%+ monthly renewals).
- Number of community events hosted per month (target: 2-4).
- Net Promoter Score (NPS) or customer satisfaction rating (target: 8+/10).

**Our Story**: The Origins of The Cave Labs (a brand new boutique Co-Working Space with separate rentable Podcast Facilities and a Multi-Purpose Events Hall due to open in September 2025)
