- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure efficient verification and resolution of reported problems.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive suite of test cases covering various game features and platforms.
- Guide users through troubleshooting steps to resolve technical and gameplay issues.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Create detailed bug reports with clear steps for reproduction.
- Keep test cases, test plans, and support documentation up-to-date.

**Job Requirements**
- Previous experience in game testing or QA, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Prior experience in customer support or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service skills and the ability to empathize with users.
- Basic technical knowledge for effective troubleshooting.
- Willingness to actively engage with the gaming community to foster a positive user experience.
- Ability to represent the company professionally and positively in various online forums and social media platforms.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
