**Responsibilities**
- Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of your team’s iGaming products.
- Guide the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and the ever evolving needs of our passionate customers.
- Coordinate the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, defining project scopes, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Establish feedback loops and mechanisms for continuous improvement, closely monitoring product performance and gathering user feedback to drive iterative enhancements.
- Provide unwavering support and encouragement to your team members, fostering growth and empowering them to take on new challenges.
- Conduct team meetings to keep everyone updated on best practices and expectations.
- Stay at the forefront of the iGaming industry, staying current with trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies. Leverage this knowledge to drive innovation in our products.
- Maintain rigorous quality standards for products, collaborating closely with QA engineers to identify and resolve bugs and issues.
- Promote a collaborative environment where cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders, collaboratively define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
- Work closely with upper management to define product strategies, goals, and objectives.
- Contribute to both the long-term product vision and the execution of short-term initiatives.
- Regularly communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and upper management, providing transparency on development status and anticipating potential roadblocks.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in software product management.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in C#, Node.js, PHP, and MySQL.
- Proficiency or experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is highly desired.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
