DIGITAL PRODUCT MANAGER
Job Responsibilities
- Scope business requirements, prepare budget requirements and manage end-to-end digital product delivery including website changes, updates and enhancements and any other digital product implementation as planned.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategy and monitor progress for digital marketing plans including lead generation campaigns, product launch campaigns, digital campaigns for distribution channels, search engine marketing.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to communicate strategy and obtain approvals.
- Deliver outcomes on time ensuring quality standards are met.
- Develop support documentation required by internal or external stakeholders as reference documents as well as for governance.
- Monitor, report and analyse findings of data from web traffic, digital marketing campaigns including updating scheduled monthly reports.
- Highlight potential risk or malfunctions and act to resolve issues.
- Lead and supervise team members for always-on social media content ideation, development and monitoring, and other digital product products, where assigned.
Job Requirement
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field and managing marketing campaigns.
- Certifications in digital marketing such as Google Analytics or Google Ads is an advantage.
- Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies with strong analytical skills to make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM).
- Experience with digital advertising platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Familiarity with tools such as GA4, CRM software, and marketing automation platforms.
