**Requirements**:
- Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office ; Power Point, Excel, Word.
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Chinese is advantageous
- Responsible, proactive, show initiative to learn and adapt to changes.
- Always be positive mind-set and willing to grow further.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, detail-oriented.
- Committed & responsible to the assigned tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- To perform general adminstrative duties such as update database, maintain a proper filling system for easy retrieval, answer incoming calls efficiently & professionally,issuing letters, compiling, preparing reports & presentations.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory & office facility maintenance.
- Provide general accounting duties including data entry & process basic accounting documents according to management SOPs.
- Maintaining up-to-date current databases for admin & accounts.
- Preparation of templates & forms according to the required formats.
- Able to source for quotations, review & do the comparisons.
- Able to do survey or research on the current
- Collecting and follow-ups for pending documents or information required by the department.
- Act as key person between internal & external personnel for all coordinating in administrative & accounting duties.
- Update SOP of the company whenever required.
- Provide back up support to operation team whenever required.
- Handle and support adhoc accounting/administrative tasks and related duties as assigned by the superior.
- Manage, verify and keep track of monthly all invoices/ bill payments of company utilities, courier services, claims and all other suppliers and maintenance to ensure that all items are process & paid on time.
