Tanggungjawab:

- Menghadiri mesyuarat, mendengar dengan teliti dan mengambil minit mesyuarat dengan jelas dan tepat.
- Menyiapkan minit mesyuarat dan menyerahkan kepada CEO/pengurus untuk semakan dan pengesahan.
- Menguruskan bil-bil, resit-resit dan membuat pemfailan yang sistematik untuk CEO.
- Membantu dalam memperkemaskan dan melancarakan urusan di bahagian Admin dan bahagian-bahagian lain.
- Memfailkan dokumen-dokumen berkaitan.

Kelayakan:

- Memiliki sekurangnya Diploma/Ijazah dalam Kesetiausahaan/Pengurusan Pejabat atau yang berkaitan.
- Minimum 1 - 2 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang berkaitan.
- Memiliki lesen memandu kelas D/DA.
- Mahir dalam penggunaan MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, MS Office.
- Boleh membuat minit menyuarat dan laporan dengan baik dan teliti.
- Boleh berkemunikasi dengan baik dengan semua peringkat.
- Bersedia untuk bekerja di Shah Alam.
- Kelebihan kepada yang mempunyai pengalaman dalam bidang Procurement, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Event Management.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
