**工作職責**
- 提供行政支持,確保日常營運有效率、順利。
- 根據需要完成相關結果,為團隊努力做出貢獻。
- 履行資料輸入和文書職責。
- 透過執行歸檔和文件工作來管理、組織和維護文件。
- 上級指派的任何臨時任務、職責和責任。
- 支援所有與生產相關的活動。
- 始終保持工作環境的良好管理和產品的清潔。
- 可以加班,週末也可以,如果需要的話週日也可以。
- 執行物料/產品發放/接收、物料搬運工作等。
- 將庫存分類、組織和存放在適當的位置。向主管報告損壞或遺失的庫存。
- 隨時配戴安全裝備。
- 確保工作空間沒有雜物,並消除過道中的安全隱患。
- 作為積極的團隊成員,努力完成團隊目標。
- 接收倉庫庫存進出庫檢查
**工作要求**
- 候選人必須在任何領域至少擁有 SPM 或更高水平。
- 能夠用英語和馬來語閱讀和溝通。
- 鼓勵應屆畢業生申請,具有一年或以上生產或管理領域工作經驗者優先。
- 良好的時間管理能力。
- 態度好,有責任心,遵守紀律,善於時間管理。
