Job Description:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team in Muar and/or Melaka. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and aspiring professionals to kickstart their career in the insurance industry. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, offering insurance solutions, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, we also offer internship opportunities for students pursuing a business-related field.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum age of 21 and above.
- Educational qualifications: SPM, STPM/UEC, Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Job Scope:

- Attend mandatory regular meetings and/or training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to compete effectively with other insurance professionals and companies.
- Cultivate relationships with potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct periodic follow-ups with clients to assess changes in their financial situation, family status, or other factors that may necessitate adjustments to their insurance coverage.
- Provide personalized risk management strategies that align with the individual risk profiles of clients.
- Address client inquiries and issues related to insurance policies and coverage.

Internship (Muar):
We also offer internship opportunities for students who are pursuing in business-related fields.
- Gain valuable experiences in the insurance industry.
- Working Day: Monday to Friday
- Working Hour: 8:30a.m. to 5:15p.m.
- Internship allowance provided
