**Position**: Junior Customer Service
**Employment Type**: Permanent
**Location**: Tech Knot (Work From Home - WFH) _During probation, work will be based in the office_

**Work Mode & Shifts (Rotation Basis)**
- **Morning Shift**: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- **Afternoon Shift**: 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- **Night Shift**: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate product information to customers.
- Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements for the customer service process.
- Maintain a positive, responsible, empathetic, and professional attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management and supervisors.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **SPM qualification** or above.
- Proficiency in **English, Chinese, and Malay** (verbal, written & reading).
- At least **1 year of experience** in a customer service-related role.
- Strong **stress tolerance and problem-solving skills**.
- Own **PC/Laptop** with the following specifications:

- **RAM**: 8GB or above
- **Processor**: Intel Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 or above
- **Internet Speed**: Minimum 80 Mbps
