**Job Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Team Leader. Always there for others & lead by example.

3. Able to manage a duty shift without supervision
4. Manage assigned side duties & responsibility well
5. Able to train & motivate new servers or subordinates
6. Always initiate new ideas & determine to improve
7. Self Motivated & always driven with positive mindset
8. Able to make necessary decisions
9. Conduct useful briefing & training to improve the staff’s abilities & skills.
10. Fully concern of Legal Matters, Rules & Regulations & Basic Labor Law.
11. Always concern & care for the Restaurants & Company establishment.
12. Understanding all aspects of restaurant operations in term of products, human resource, costing, budget, customers, market and strategy.
Understanding the Company Goals & Directions, align the team with restaurant target to achieve the goals.
**Requirement**:
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Full-Time position (On Site)
